Delivery Driver

Job Description

We’re looking for a reliable and friendly Delivery Driver to help bring fresh coffee and treats straight to our customers’ doors. If you enjoy being on the road, take pride in safe driving, and have a good sense of timing, this role could be a great fit for you. You’ll be the final step in making someone’s coffee experience special, so care and consistency matter.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver coffee orders promptly and accurately
• Ensure all items are handled with care to maintain quality and presentation
• Follow delivery routes efficiently while maintaining safe driving practices
• Communicate politely with customers during drop-offs
• Assist with basic order checks before leaving the shop
• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the delivery vehicle (if provided)
• Report any delivery issues, delays, or customer concerns to the supervisor

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Good knowledge of local routes and traffic flow
• Responsible, punctual, and trustworthy
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage time well and work under light pressure during busy hours
• Previous delivery or driving experience is an advantage, but not required
• Basic understanding of food handling and care standards is a plus
