Delivery Driver

Job Description

We’re looking for a reliable and friendly Delivery Driver to join our cafe team. If you enjoy being on the move, know how to handle food with care, and take pride in timely service, this role could be a great fit for you. You’ll be the final touch that brings our fresh meals and drinks straight to our customers with a smile.

Responsibilities

• Pick up orders from the cafe and ensure they are correctly packed before departure
• Deliver food and beverages to customers in a timely and professional manner
• Follow assigned delivery routes while maintaining efficiency and safety
• Ensure orders arrive in excellent condition and at the right temperature
• Collect payments where required and issue receipts if needed
• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the delivery vehicle (bike or car)
• Communicate politely with customers and report any delivery issues promptly

Qualifications

• Previous experience in delivery or courier services is an advantage but not required
• Good knowledge of local routes and traffic flow is helpful
• Valid driver’s license appropriate for the vehicle used
• Responsible, punctual, and able to manage time effectively
• Basic communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude
• Ability to handle food items carefully and follow instructions
• Physically fit and comfortable working on the road for extended periods
