Delivery Driver

Love being on the move and enjoy delivering great service with a smile? We’re looking for a reliable and customer-friendly Delivery Driver to join our café team. In this role, you’ll help ensure customer orders are delivered safely, accurately, and on time while representing the café in a professional and welcoming manner.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food, beverages, and café orders promptly and accurately
• Confirm orders before leaving to ensure items are complete and well-packaged
• Maintain a courteous and professional attitude with customers during deliveries
• Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules efficiently
• Assist with basic café support tasks when not on deliveries
• Keep delivery records and report any delays or customer concerns
• Ensure cleanliness and proper care of delivery equipment or assigned vehicle

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with safe driving habits
• Good knowledge of routes and navigation within the area
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Physically able to lift and carry food packages or supplies when required
• A positive attitude and willingness to support the team
