Delivery Driver

Job Description

We’re looking for a reliable and friendly Delivery Driver to help bring our coffee shop experience straight to our customers’ doors. If you enjoy being on the move, take pride in good service, and can handle a fast-paced environment, this role might be a great fit.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Delivering coffee, pastries, and orders promptly and safely to customers
• Ensuring all orders are accurate before leaving the shop
• Maintaining a clean and presentable delivery vehicle (bike or car depending on assignment)
• Providing courteous and professional customer interaction at delivery points
• Following delivery routes efficiently to meet time expectations
• Reporting any delivery issues or customer concerns to the shop supervisor

Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow delivery instructions clearly
• Good knowledge of local routes and traffic flow
• Strong time management and reliability
• Polite communication skills and customer-friendly attitude
• Basic record-keeping ability for delivery logs
• Physically fit and comfortable handling multiple deliveries per shift
• Prior experience in delivery or logistics is an added advantage, but not required
