Responsibilities

• Assist guests with reservations, seating requests, and other service-related needs.
• Communicate customer requests clearly to kitchen and restaurant staff.
• Follow up on customer concerns to ensure they are properly resolved.
• Maintain accurate records of customer feedback and service issues when required.
• Support the restaurant team during busy periods.
• Promote a positive and professional image of the restaurant at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, food service, retail, or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Friendly, patient, and professional approach to dealing with customers.
• Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and courteous when handling difficult situations.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service systems are an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
