Job Description

We are looking for a professional and approachable Concierge to be the welcoming face of our hotel. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating memorable guest experiences, anticipating needs, and delivering thoughtful, personalized service at every touchpoint.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with inquiries in a courteous manner
• Provide accurate information about hotel services, local attractions, dining options, and transportation
• Handle guest requests promptly, including reservations, recommendations, and special arrangements
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences
• Manage luggage assistance and guest logistics when required
• Resolve guest concerns efficiently while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local events, venues, and services
• Support front office operations as needed
