Our hotel is seeking a polished and attentive Concierge to create memorable guest experiences from arrival through departure. The successful candidate will serve as a knowledgeable point of contact, offering personalised assistance, local recommendations, reservations, transportation arrangements, and practical support. If you enjoy meeting people, solving problems efficiently, and delivering thoughtful service, this role offers an opportunity to make every guest interaction exceptional.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide personalised assistance throughout their stay.
• Arrange transportation, restaurant reservations, tours, and other guest requests.
• Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Handle guest enquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain strong relationships with local service providers and partners.
• Coordinate special requests, celebrations, and personalised guest experiences.
• Keep accurate records of requests, bookings, and arrangements.
• Collaborate with front office and other hotel departments to ensure seamless service.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a concierge, front office, guest services, or customer-facing hotel role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of local attractions, transportation, dining, and entertainment options.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational abilities with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm, resourceful, and courteous in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with hotel systems and standard computer applications is an advantage.
