Our hotel is seeking a polished and attentive Concierge to join our guest services team. The successful candidate will serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for guests, helping them make the most of their stay through thoughtful recommendations, efficient arrangements, and personalised assistance. Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide professional assistance throughout their stay.
• Offer recommendations for restaurants, attractions, transportation, shopping, and local activities.
• Arrange transportation, reservations, tickets, tours, and other guest requests.
• Respond promptly to enquiries in person, by telephone, and through hotel communication channels.
• Maintain accurate records of guest requests, bookings, and special arrangements.
• Coordinate with front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and other hotel departments.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Stay informed about hotel services, facilities, events, and nearby attractions.
• Assist with luggage, directions, deliveries, and other guest services when required.
• Protect guest privacy and maintain a high standard of discretion.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a concierge, guest services, front office, or customer-facing hotel role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of guest service principles and professional etiquette.
• Confident ability to organise multiple requests while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Good computer skills and familiarity with hotel reservation or property management systems.
• Ability to remain calm, courteous, and efficient in a busy hotel environment.
