Job Description

We are seeking a professional and personable Concierge to join our hotel team. The successful candidate will be a knowledgeable point of contact for guests, providing thoughtful assistance, local recommendations, reservations, directions, and personalised support while maintaining the high service standards of the hotel.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive concierge assistance throughout their stay.
• Arrange transportation, restaurant reservations, tickets, tours, and other guest requests.
• Provide accurate information about local attractions, dining options, entertainment, and services.
• Assist guests with special occasions, personalised arrangements, and itinerary planning.
• Respond promptly to enquiries in person, by phone, and through hotel communication channels.
• Maintain strong relationships with local service providers and trusted vendors.
• Coordinate guest requests with the front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and other hotel departments.
• Keep accurate records of reservations, requests, recommendations, and completed arrangements.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and seek practical solutions.
• Maintain a polished appearance and consistently represent the hotel with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in a concierge, front office, guest services, or customer-facing hotel role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of guest service principles and hotel operations.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests efficiently.
• Professional, courteous, and confident approach when interacting with guests.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Familiarity with reservation systems and standard office technology.
• Ability to remain composed and resourceful in a fast-paced hotel environment.
• Additional language skills are an advantage.
