Concierge

Job Description

We are seeking a professional, knowledgeable, and approachable Concierge to join our hotel team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys assisting guests, providing local recommendations, and ensuring every stay is seamless from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide courteous assistance throughout their stay.
• Arrange transportation, airport transfers, and taxi services.
• Make restaurant, entertainment, and tour reservations.
• Provide accurate information about local attractions, events, and services.
• Assist with luggage coordination when required.
• Handle guest requests promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with the front office, housekeeping, and other departments to meet guest needs.
• Manage incoming deliveries, messages, and special requests.
• Resolve guest concerns efficiently or escalate them when necessary.
• Maintain an organized concierge desk and up-to-date information on local amenities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Concierge, Guest Services Associate, Front Desk Agent, or in a similar hotel guest-facing role is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities.
• Good knowledge of local attractions, transportation, and recreational activities.
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using hotel management software and Microsoft Office applications is an advantage.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
