Job Description

Our hotel is seeking a polished, knowledgeable, and guest-focused Concierge to create memorable experiences for every guest. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, has excellent local knowledge, and takes pride in delivering attentive, personalized service. As a Concierge, you will assist guests with information, reservations, transportation arrangements, and special requests while ensuring every interaction reflects the hotel’s commitment to exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide information about hotel facilities and services.
• Assist with restaurant reservations, transportation bookings, and local attractions.
• Arrange taxis, airport transfers, and other travel services.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Recommend dining, entertainment, shopping, and sightseeing options.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, front office, and other departments to fulfill guest requests.
• Manage luggage assistance when required.
• Maintain accurate records of guest requests and concierge services provided.
• Stay informed about local events, activities, and points of interest.
• Deliver outstanding service that enhances the overall guest experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Concierge, Guest Services Associate, Front Desk Agent, or in a similar customer-facing role within a hotel is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Professional appearance and courteous demeanor.
• Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
• Good knowledge of local attractions, transportation options, and guest services.
• Proficiency in using hotel reservation or property management systems is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to guest satisfaction.
