Concierge

Job Description

We are looking for a knowledgeable and service-oriented Concierge to become part of our hotel team. In this role, you will be the trusted point of contact for guests, providing personalized recommendations, arranging services, and ensuring every stay is seamless from arrival to departure.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide exceptional assistance throughout their stay.
• Arrange transportation, tours, restaurant reservations, and local activities.
• Offer accurate information about hotel facilities, nearby attractions, and special events.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve concerns with professionalism.
• Coordinate with the front office, housekeeping, and other departments to fulfill guest needs.
• Assist with luggage assistance requests and special guest arrangements when required.
• Maintain records of guest preferences to deliver personalized service.
• Handle concierge desk communications, including phone calls and emails.
• Recommend local dining, entertainment, shopping, and cultural experiences.
• Uphold hotel service standards while maintaining guest confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Concierge, Guest Relations Officer, Front Desk Agent, or in a similar hotel role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of guest service principles and hotel operations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with hotel reservation or property management systems is an advantage.
• Professional appearance and a positive, service-focused attitude.
