Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide personalized assistance.
• Arrange transportation, restaurant reservations, tours, and special requests.
• Offer accurate information about local attractions, events, and services.
• Assist guests with inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Maintain records of guest requests and follow up when necessary.
• Handle incoming calls and provide information as required.
• Uphold the hotel’s service standards and commitment to guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, or a customer-facing role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of local attractions, entertainment, and transportation options.
• Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
