Do you enjoy helping people, solving problems on the go, and creating memorable guest experiences? We are looking for a friendly, resourceful, and professional Concierge to join our hotel team. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for guests seeking assistance, local recommendations, reservations, and personalized support to make their stay seamless and enjoyable.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide helpful information about hotel services and amenities
• Assist with restaurant bookings, transportation arrangements, and local recommendations
• Coordinate guest requests and special arrangements promptly and professionally
• Provide support with luggage assistance, directions, and travel-related inquiries
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism and escalate issues when necessary
• Maintain strong knowledge of local attractions, events, and hospitality services
• Work closely with front office and guest service teams to deliver excellent experiences

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, or customer-facing roles is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, polished, and professional appearance and attitude
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to manage guest requests efficiently
