Job Description

We are looking for a personable, attentive, and well-organized Concierge to join our hotel team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping guests feel welcome, solving problems quickly, and creating memorable experiences from the moment they walk through the door. As the face of the hotel, you will be the trusted guide for guests, assisting with recommendations, bookings, directions, and any special requests that make their stay smooth and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide professional front desk support
• Assist with reservations for dining, transport, entertainment, and local attractions
• Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently
• Offer accurate information about hotel services and nearby points of interest
• Coordinate with housekeeping, front office, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
• Manage incoming calls, messages, and deliveries for guests when needed
• Support guests with travel arrangements, including airport transfers and directions
• Maintain a high standard of hospitality and discretion at all times

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service role preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Polished, professional, and welcoming demeanor
• Good knowledge of local attractions, transport routes, and services is an advantage
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Basic computer skills for handling bookings and guest requests
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
