Do you enjoy helping people, solving problems on the go, and creating memorable guest experiences? We’re looking for a friendly, resourceful, and professional Concierge to join our hotel team. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for guests seeking recommendations, travel support, reservations, and assistance that makes their stay feel effortless and enjoyable.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide personalized assistance throughout their stay
• Recommend local attractions, dining options, transportation, and entertainment
• Arrange reservations, bookings, and guest requests promptly
• Assist with luggage coordination, transportation services, and special arrangements when needed
• Handle guest inquiries professionally and resolve concerns with care
• Maintain strong knowledge of hotel services, nearby attractions, and guest amenities
• Work closely with front desk and guest service teams to ensure seamless hospitality experiences

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality, guest relations, front office, or customer service is an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving ability with attention to detail
• Friendly, professional, and approachable personality
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Good knowledge of reservations, travel coordination, or local recommendations is a plus
