Responsibilities

• Oversee daily coffee shop operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Lead, train, and motivate baristas and front-of-house staff

• Manage inventory, stock levels, and supplier coordination
• Monitor sales performance and support revenue growth
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are consistently met
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role in a café or coffee shop
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good understanding of coffee preparation, café operations, and customer service

• Basic financial awareness including cash handling and stock control
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
