Responsibilities

• Oversee daily café operations and ensure smooth workflow from opening to closing
• Lead, train, and support baristas and front-of-house staff
• Maintain high standards of coffee quality, cleanliness, and presentation
• Manage inventory, stock ordering, and supplier relationships
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
• Monitor sales performance and support efforts to improve revenue
• Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in a café, restaurant, or hospitality setting
