Love the smell of freshly brewed coffee and enjoy creating great experiences for customers? We’re looking for a Coffee Brewer to join our coffee shop team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a lively environment, pays attention to detail, and takes pride in preparing quality beverages that keep customers coming back.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and brew coffee beverages to shop standards
• Monitor coffee quality, freshness, and brewing consistency
• Maintain cleanliness of brewing equipment and workstations
• Assist with setting up ingredients, supplies, and beverage stations
• Serve customers warmly and answer basic menu questions
• Restock coffee beans, cups, milk, syrups, and other essentials
• Follow hygiene, safety, and food handling guidelines
• Support teammates during busy service hours

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a coffee shop, café, or customer service role is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of coffee brewing methods and beverage preparation is a plus
• Friendly attitude with strong communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality service
• Reliable, punctual, and a good team player
• Willingness to learn and grow in a coffee-focused environment
