We are looking for a Coffee Brewer who takes pride in crafting consistent, flavorful coffee and creating a welcoming experience for every guest who walks into our coffee shop. If you enjoy working with aroma, precision, and a calm but lively café environment, this role might be a great fit.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages, pour-overs, and specialty brews
• Maintain consistency in taste, temperature, and presentation for every cup
• Operate and clean brewing equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, and filters
• Monitor coffee stock and communicate supply needs
• Engage politely with customers and take simple drink requests when needed
• Keep the brewing station clean, organized, and ready for service at all times

What We’re Looking For

• Basic experience in coffee preparation or a strong willingness to learn
• Good understanding of brewing methods or interest in developing one
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced but relaxed café setting
• Friendly attitude and good communication skills
• Reliability and punctuality during shifts
