Coffee Brewer

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Coffee Brewer to prepare exceptional coffee beverages while creating a welcoming experience for every customer. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced coffee shop, take pride in quality, and have an eye for detail, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of coffee and espresso-based beverages to established quality standards.
• Grind, measure, and brew coffee with accuracy and consistency.
• Monitor brewing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee preparation and service areas.
• Replenish coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies throughout the day.
• Assist customers with menu selections and answer questions about beverages.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures at all times.
• Perform daily equipment cleaning and basic maintenance.
• Handle customer orders efficiently while maintaining a friendly attitude.
• Support team members during busy service periods and contribute to smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience preparing coffee or specialty beverages in a coffee shop is an advantage.
• Good understanding of coffee brewing methods and beverage preparation techniques.
• Ability to operate espresso machines, coffee grinders, and brewing equipment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to beverage quality.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting as required.
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
