Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of coffee and espresso-based beverages to established recipes and quality standards.
• Grind, brew, and calibrate coffee equipment to ensure consistency in every cup.
• Welcome customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide friendly service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee preparation area, counters, and seating spaces.
• Monitor inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies, reporting shortages when necessary.
• Perform daily cleaning and routine maintenance of coffee machines and brewing equipment.
• Handle cash and electronic payments accurately while following company procedures.
• Recommend beverages and food pairings to enhance the customer experience.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations at all times.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure efficient daily operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Coffee Brewer, Barista, or in a customer-facing food and beverage role is an advantage.
• Familiarity with espresso machines, manual brewing methods, and coffee preparation techniques.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Basic numerical skills for handling payments and processing orders.
• Willingness to learn new brewing methods and product knowledge.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads when required.
