Do you enjoy crafting exceptional coffee and creating memorable customer experiences? We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Coffee Brewer to join our growing coffee shop team. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of coffee and espresso-based beverages to established quality standards.
• Accurately grind, measure, and brew coffee using different brewing methods.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of coffee machines, grinders, brewing equipment, and workstations.
• Monitor coffee bean freshness, stock levels, and report inventory needs.
• Welcome customers warmly, take beverage orders, and provide recommendations when needed.
• Ensure drinks are prepared efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining consistency.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including equipment setup and cleaning.
• Restock cups, syrups, milk, and other beverage supplies throughout the shift.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and contribute to a positive café atmosphere.
• Support team members with general café operations as required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience preparing coffee or specialty beverages in a coffee shop, café, or hospitality setting is an advantage.
• Familiarity with espresso machines, grinders, and manual brewing techniques is preferred.
• Passion for coffee, customer service, and delivering high-quality beverages.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistency.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
• Basic mathematical skills for handling orders and payments.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift or move supplies when necessary.
• A positive attitude, reliability, and a strong team-oriented mindset.
