We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Coffee Brewer to bring consistency, flavor, and care to every cup served. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a lively café environment and takes pride in crafting high-quality coffee experiences for customers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of coffee beverages including espresso-based drinks, drip coffee, and specialty brews
• Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and temperature across all drinks
• Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and brewing equipment
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are upheld at all times
• Monitor coffee bean quality, grind settings, and brewing ratios
• Engage politely with customers and respond to drink preferences when needed
• Restock coffee supplies and support smooth daily café operations

Qualifications

• Previous experience in coffee preparation or barista work is an advantage
• Strong understanding of coffee brewing methods and flavor profiles
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Basic knowledge of equipment maintenance and cleanliness standards
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and improve brewing techniques
