Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Coffee Brewer to join a lively coffee shop team where every cup matters. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working around coffee, takes pride in consistency, and understands that great coffee starts with attention to detail and care. You will play an important role in preparing brewed coffee, maintaining freshness throughout the day, and supporting the barista team in delivering smooth service during busy hours.

Responsibilities

• Prepare brewed coffee using different brewing methods such as drip, pour-over, and batch brewing
• Monitor coffee quality, freshness, and temperature throughout service hours
• Refill coffee stations and ensure continuous availability during peak periods
• Maintain cleanliness of brewing equipment and service areas
• Assist baristas with basic drink preparation when needed
• Track coffee batch timing to reduce waste and maintain consistency
• Follow hygiene and food safety standards at all times
• Communicate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a coffee shop or food service environment is an advantage
• Basic understanding of coffee brewing methods and coffee beans is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and consistency in preparation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and customer-focused setting
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Willingness to learn and improve coffee craft skills
• Reliability and strong time management
