Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Coffee Brewer to join our coffee shop team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys the craft of coffee making and takes pride in delivering consistently great taste, aroma, and presentation in every cup. You will be the heart of the brewing station, ensuring each beverage is prepared with care, speed, and accuracy while creating a warm and welcoming experience for every customer.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of coffee beverages including espresso-based drinks, pour-overs, and specialty brews
• Operate and maintain coffee brewing equipment in a clean and safe condition
• Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation of all drinks
• Monitor coffee bean quality, grind size, and brewing time for optimal extraction
• Keep the brewing station organized and well-stocked during service hours
• Engage politely with customers and take simple drink requests when needed
• Support the team during busy periods to ensure smooth service flow
• Follow hygiene and food safety standards at all times

Qualifications

• Previous experience in coffee brewing, barista work, or a similar role is an advantage
• Strong interest in coffee culture and brewing techniques
• Basic knowledge of espresso machines and manual brewing methods is preferred
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and improve coffee-making skills
• Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude
