Cocktail Server

Job Description

Bring your personality, speed, and great customer service to the bar as our Cocktail Server. We are looking for someone friendly and energetic who enjoys creating a fun atmosphere while making sure guests have everything they need. If you can stay organised during busy shifts, communicate confidently, and keep the good vibes going, we would love to have you on the team.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their visit.
• Take drink and food orders accurately and communicate them to the bar team.
• Deliver cocktails, beverages, and food promptly and professionally.
• Check on guests regularly and respond to additional requests.
• Keep tables and service areas clean, tidy, and well organised.
• Assist with setting up and closing down the service area.
• Handle guest questions and resolve minor service concerns with a positive attitude.
• Work closely with bartenders and other team members during busy periods.
• Follow responsible service, hygiene, and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Cocktail Server, Server, Waitstaff, or in a similar bar or restaurant role is an advantage.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Friendly, confident, and approachable personality.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced bar environment.
• Good attention to detail when taking and delivering orders.
• Basic knowledge of cocktails, beverages, and food service is beneficial.
• A recognised certificate or training in food and beverage service is an advantage.
