A clean and welcoming coffee shop begins behind the scenes, and we are looking for a dedicated Cleaner who takes pride in creating a spotless, safe, and comfortable environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys maintaining high standards of cleanliness and understands the importance of presentation in delivering an excellent customer experience. Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize dining areas, counters, floors, restrooms, and staff areas.
• Empty bins and dispose of waste according to established procedures.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish surfaces as required.
• Replenish cleaning supplies and restroom essentials.
• Maintain cleanliness of windows, doors, and other high-touch surfaces.
• Report maintenance issues or damaged equipment promptly.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
• Support deep cleaning activities according to scheduled routines.
• Store cleaning equipment and chemicals safely after use.
• Assist with additional cleaning tasks as directed.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience in a coffee shop, café, restaurant, retail, or similar environment is an advantage.
• Good understanding of cleaning techniques and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Physical ability to perform cleaning duties, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
