Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and detail-focused Cleaner to join our housekeeping team in a busy hotel environment. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, fresh, and welcoming space for all guests and ensuring high standards of hygiene are consistently met.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas
• Replenish toiletries, towels, and other room supplies
• Change bed linens and make beds according to hotel standards
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors
• Ensure cleaning equipment and materials are properly used and stored
• Support the housekeeping team during peak periods when required
• Maintain cleanliness in back-of-house areas when assigned

Qualifications

• Previous experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or a similar role is an advantage but not required
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision
• Good attention to detail and a strong sense of cleanliness
• Physically fit and able to handle standing, bending, and lifting tasks
• Basic communication skills and a cooperative attitude
• Punctual, trustworthy, and respectful of guest privacy
