Responsibilities

  • Prepare handcrafted chocolates, truffles, pralines, chocolate desserts, and café specialty treats
  • Develop creative seasonal chocolate offerings and dessert presentations
  • Temper, mold, decorate, and package chocolate products with attention to quality and detail
  • Maintain ingredient freshness, stock levels, and proper storage practices
  • Ensure cleanliness and food safety standards are consistently followed
  • Work closely with kitchen and café staff to deliver an enjoyable guest experience

Qualifications

  • Previous experience working with chocolate production, pastry, desserts, or confectionery preparation
  • Good understanding of tempering, molding, decorating, and chocolate handling techniques
  • Creative mindset with attention to presentation and flavor pairing
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced café environment
  • Strong organization and time-management skills
  • A positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with a team
