Job Description

Do you have a passion for creating irresistible chocolate treats and turning simple ingredients into edible works of art? We’re looking for a skilled and creative Chocolatier to join our café team. If you enjoy experimenting with flavors, crafting handmade chocolates, and delivering desserts that leave customers smiling, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and craft high-quality chocolates, truffles, bonbons, and cocoa-based desserts
  • Experiment with flavors, fillings, and seasonal chocolate creations
  • Decorate and present chocolate products to a high visual standard
  • Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the preparation area
  • Monitor ingredient freshness and support stock management
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and café team to create exciting menu offerings
  • Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation

Qualifications

  • Experience working with chocolate production, pastry, dessert preparation, or a similar role
  • Good understanding of tempering, molding, decorating, and chocolate handling techniques
  • Creativity with flavor combinations and presentation styles
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced café environment
  • Good teamwork and communication skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and innovate
