We’re looking for a talented Chocolatier to join our restaurant team and bring creativity, precision, and passion to our dessert offering. If you love working with premium ingredients and crafting memorable chocolate creations, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Create handmade chocolates, truffles, desserts, and seasonal specials
- Prepare fillings, ganache, sauces, and decorative pieces
- Maintain high presentation and quality standards
- Manage stock levels and ingredient freshness
- Keep the kitchen clean, organised, and food-safe
- Collaborate with chefs on new dessert ideas
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Chocolatier, Pastry Chef, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of chocolate tempering and confectionery techniques
- Creative eye for detail and presentation
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen
- Reliable, organised, and team-focused attitude
