Job Description

A well-established hotel is looking for a vigilant and dependable CCTV Operator to help maintain a safe and secure environment for guests, employees, and property. This role is ideal for an observant professional who can monitor surveillance systems, respond promptly to security concerns, and maintain accurate incident records while working closely with the security team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance systems continuously during assigned shifts.
• Identify, report, and document suspicious activities or security incidents.
• Respond promptly to alarms and notify the appropriate personnel when necessary.
• Maintain accurate logs of incidents, observations, and daily security activities.
• Review recorded footage to support investigations when required.
• Ensure CCTV equipment is functioning correctly and report technical faults.
• Work closely with security officers and management to enhance overall safety.
• Follow company policies, security procedures, and confidentiality standards.
• Assist during emergency situations by providing real-time surveillance support.
• Maintain a professional and alert presence at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a CCTV Operator, Security Officer, or in a similar surveillance role is preferred.
• Valid CCTV certification or relevant security training is an advantage.
• Strong observation skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and the ability to operate surveillance software.
• High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
• Knowledge of emergency response procedures and security protocols is desirable.
