Job Description

We are seeking a vigilant and dependable CCTV Operator to join our restaurant team. This role is essential in helping maintain a secure environment for guests, employees, and business operations by monitoring surveillance systems, identifying potential security concerns, and supporting safety procedures. Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance systems throughout the restaurant.
• Observe, identify, and report suspicious or unusual activities promptly.
• Maintain accurate incident logs and prepare clear reports when required.
• Coordinate with management during emergencies or security incidents.
• Ensure all surveillance equipment is functioning properly and report technical issues.
• Review recorded footage when requested for investigations or operational reviews.
• Support loss prevention efforts by monitoring high-risk areas.
• Follow company security policies and confidentiality guidelines at all times.
• Assist with access control and monitor staff and visitor movement where applicable.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a CCTV Operator, Security Officer, or in a similar monitoring role is an advantage.
• Knowledge of CCTV systems, surveillance equipment, and security procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent observation skills.
• Ability to remain alert and focused during extended monitoring periods.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency for operating surveillance software and preparing reports.
• Ability to respond calmly and professionally during emergencies.
• High level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality.
