CCTV Operator

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance systems to ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and restaurant property.
• Observe and report suspicious activities, security breaches, or safety concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, observations, and daily surveillance activities.
• Review and retrieve recorded footage when required for investigations or management review.
• Coordinate with management and security personnel during emergencies or incidents.
• Ensure all surveillance equipment is functioning properly and report technical faults promptly.
• Follow company policies regarding confidentiality and data protection.
• Assist in enforcing safety and security procedures within the restaurant.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a CCTV Operator, Security Officer, or in a similar surveillance role is an advantage.
• Knowledge of CCTV systems, monitoring equipment, and security procedures.
• Strong observation skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain alert and focused during extended monitoring periods.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency for report writing and footage retrieval.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
