CCTV Operator

Job Description

We’re looking for a calm, observant, and reliable CCTV Operator to join our hotel security team. This role is key to keeping our guests, staff, and property safe while maintaining a professional and discreet presence at all times.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV cameras and security systems across the hotel

• Identify and report suspicious activities promptly and accurately

• Keep clear and detailed incident logs and daily reports

• Work closely with security and management teams when issues arise

• Ensure all surveillance equipment is functioning properly

• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly

Qualifications

• Previous experience in CCTV monitoring or security operations

• Good observation skills with strong attention to detail

• Basic knowledge of CCTV systems and monitoring procedures

• Ability to remain calm and alert during long shifts

• Good communication and reporting skills

• Honest, dependable, and professional in conduct
