CCTV Operator

Job Description

We’re looking for a sharp, observant CCTV Operator to join our hotel team. If you have a calm presence, a keen eye for detail, and enjoy being behind the scenes keeping things running safely and smoothly, this role could be a great fit for you.

Responsibilities

• Monitor live and recorded CCTV footage across hotel premises
• Identify and report suspicious activities or security concerns promptly
• Maintain accurate logs of incidents and daily observations
• Work closely with security and management teams during investigations
• Ensure all surveillance equipment is functioning properly
• Respond quickly to emergencies and follow established protocols

Qualifications

• Previous experience in CCTV monitoring or security operations
• Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
• Ability to stay focused during long monitoring periods
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Basic understanding of surveillance systems and controls
• Professional, reliable, and able to handle sensitive information discreetly
