Job Description

Our hotel is looking for a reliable CCTV Operator who enjoys staying alert, observing details, and helping maintain a safe, calm environment for guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV screens and security systems throughout the property

• Observe and report unusual or suspicious activity promptly

• Maintain accurate incident logs and daily security reports

• Coordinate with security staff and management when issues arise

• Ensure surveillance equipment is functioning properly

• Review recorded footage when required for investigations

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and observation skills

• Ability to remain focused during long monitoring periods

• Basic understanding of CCTV systems and security procedures

• Good communication and reporting skills

• Calm, responsible, and trustworthy approach to security duties
