CCTV Operator

Job Description

A busy restaurant is looking for a vigilant and dependable CCTV Operator to help maintain a safe and secure environment for guests, staff, and property. This role is ideal for someone who is observant, responsible, and comfortable monitoring surveillance systems while staying calm and focused throughout their shift.

Responsibilities

• Monitor live CCTV footage across all areas of the restaurant

• Identify and report suspicious activities or security concerns promptly

• Maintain accurate logs of incidents and observations

• Work closely with management and security personnel when issues arise

• Ensure surveillance equipment is functioning properly and report faults

• Review recorded footage when required for investigations

• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating CCTV or surveillance systems is an advantage

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to remain alert for long periods

• Good communication and reporting skills

• Basic understanding of security procedures and safety practices

• Ability to stay calm and make sound decisions in unexpected situations

• Dependable, trustworthy, and highly responsible
