CCTV Operator

Job Description

We are looking for a vigilant and responsible CCTV Operator to join our hotel’s security team. In this role, you will be the eyes of the property, helping to ensure the safety of our guests, staff, and facilities at all times. If you are observant, calm under pressure, and take pride in maintaining a secure environment, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Monitor live CCTV footage across all hotel areas to ensure safety and security

• Identify and report suspicious activities, safety hazards, or policy violations

• Maintain accurate incident logs and prepare detailed reports when necessary

• Coordinate with the security team and management during emergencies

• Review recorded footage when required for investigations

• Ensure all surveillance equipment is functioning properly and report faults promptly

• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a CCTV Operator or in a security-related role

• Strong attention to detail and high level of alertness

• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Basic knowledge of surveillance systems and security procedures

• Integrity, discretion, and a strong sense of responsibility
