We are looking for a vigilant and responsible CCTV Operator who understands that security is not just about watching screens, but about protecting people, property, and peace of mind. Responsibilities

• Monitor live and recorded CCTV footage to ensure the safety of guests, staff, and hotel property

• Identify and report suspicious activities or security breaches promptly

• Maintain accurate incident logs and prepare clear, detailed reports

• Coordinate with security personnel and management during emergencies

• Ensure CCTV equipment is functioning properly and report technical faults

• Follow hotel security protocols and confidentiality standards at all times

• Assist with investigations by retrieving and reviewing footage when required

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar CCTV or security role, preferably in hospitality

• Strong attention to detail and excellent observational skills

• Ability to remain calm and professional in high pressure situations

• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with surveillance systems

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal

• High level of integrity and discretion
