We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Catering Manager to oversee daily food service operations in a busy restaurant environment. Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all catering and food service activities
• Manage kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth daily operations
• Oversee menu planning, food quality, and presentation standards
• Monitor inventory, order supplies, and control food costs
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and restaurant policies
• Handle event catering requests and client coordination when needed
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
• Work closely with chefs and management to improve service delivery
