Do you enjoy interacting with people and creating positive customer experiences? We are looking for a friendly and dependable Cashier to join our busy coffee shop team. The ideal candidate will handle transactions efficiently while providing excellent customer service in a welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately.
• Process cash, card, and digital payments.
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently.
• Issue receipts and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Assist with preparing and packaging orders when required.
• Keep the cashier area clean, organized, and stocked.
• Answer customer inquiries and resolve minor concerns professionally.
• Balance the cash register at the end of each shift.
• Support the team in maintaining a pleasant café atmosphere.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Previous cashier, retail, or customer service experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.
• Strong numerical and cash-handling abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Good attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
