Responsibilities

• Oversee daily café operations and ensure smooth service flow
• Lead, train, and support front-of-house and kitchen teams
• Maintain high standards of customer service and hospitality
• Manage inventory, stock control, and supplier coordination
• Handle cash management, sales reporting, and basic budgeting
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are consistently met
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly
• Create staff schedules and manage shift rotations
• Support menu execution and contribute ideas for improvement

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in a café, restaurant, or hospitality setting
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Good understanding of customer service principles
• Basic financial and inventory management ability
