Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Café Manager to lead our team and ensure smooth daily operations. This role is ideal for someone who excels at creating excellent guest experiences, organizing staff effectively, and maintaining high operational standards.
Responsibilities

Lead, train, and motivate the front- and back-of-house teams

Oversee daily service to ensure guests receive attentive and efficient hospitality

Manage scheduling, stock levels, ordering, and supplier relationships

Monitor sales, costs, and productivity targets

Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and presentation

Handle guest feedback professionally and implement improvements

Support recruitment and staff development initiatives
Qualifications

Previous experience managing or supervising in a café or similar environment

Strong leadership and communication skills

Solid understanding of service standards and operations

Comfortable managing budgets, inventory, and operational reports

Hands-on approach with the ability to remain calm under pressure
