Café Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate the front- and back-of-house team

• Oversee daily operations to keep service smooth and efficient

• Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, and cleanliness

• Manage schedules, stock levels, and supplier orders

• Handle guest feedback with professionalism and care

• Drive sales, control costs, and meet performance targets

Qualifications

• Previous experience managing or supervising in a café or similar setting

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Solid understanding of customer service best practices

• Comfortable with stock control and basic financial reporting

• Ability to stay calm under pressure and solve problems quickly

• A positive attitude and passion for hospitality
