Responsibilities

• Oversee daily café operations from opening to closing

• Lead, train, and motivate the front and back of house team

• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service

• Manage schedules, stock levels, and supplier orders

• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally

• Monitor sales, costs, and performance targets

Qualifications

• Previous experience managing or supervising in a café or similar setting

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices

• Ability to stay organized and calm under pressure

• Commercial awareness with a problem-solving mindset

• A positive attitude and passion for hospitality
