We’re looking for a hands-on Café Manager to lead our café day-to-day and keep everything running smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who loves people, enjoys a fast-paced environment, and knows how to balance great service with smart operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily café operations and ensure excellent customer service

• Lead, train, and motivate the team to perform at their best

• Manage stock levels, suppliers, and ordering

• Handle schedules, cash-ups, and basic reporting

• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and quality standards

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a café or hospitality management role

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Good organisational and time-management abilities

• Basic knowledge of stock control and cash handling

• A positive attitude and genuine passion for hospitality
