• Maintain excellent customer relationships and address feedback promptly.

• Plan and implement marketing initiatives to grow customer engagement.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in cafe, restaurant, or hospitality management.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly.

• Knowledge of inventory, budgeting, and scheduling systems.

• Passion for coffee, food, and creating memorable customer experiences.
