Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and provide excellent service
• Take customer orders accurately and process payments
• Prepare and serve beverages, snacks, and light meals
• Maintain cleanliness of dining, service, and preparation areas
• Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels
• Assist with food preparation and presentation
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and company standards
• Support team members during busy periods

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or customer service role is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
• Good attention to detail and cleanliness
• Basic numeracy skills for handling transactions
• Team-oriented with a willingness to learn
